2026 EVENT 2 - CLEAN PRESSURE

Echo Bike buy-ins + heavy cleans under pressure. Fast windows. Big lifts. No room to waste time.

Pending the final facility layout and any unforeseen logistics, all events are subject to change at the sole discretion of the event director. If any changes are made between the workout being published and the start of the event, athletes will be notified by email.

Full details, including movement standards and expanded information on the workout flow, will be available later this summer. Please hold off on asking questions about the workouts until these documents and videos are released. This information will be emailed and posted on Competition Corner.

NOTES

  • Each athlete has a 1:00 Primary Scoring Window to complete the Echo Bike calories and required lifts as heavy as possible.
  • If lifts are not completed within the first minute, athletes may continue attempts during the Back-Up Window (second minute).
  • Lifts may be broken up. Touch-and-go is not required.
  • Lifts completed in the Back-Up Window count at 75% of the weight lifted.
  • Athletes may decrease weight within a set if needed, but may not increase weight once the set has started.
  • If a lift is failed, athletes may quickly strip/reload and attempt a lighter weight within their 2:00 working window.
  • The barbell must leave the ground before the end of the window (1:00 or 2:00). The lift itself may be completed after the buzzer.
  • Weight may be increased between sets during rest.

MOVEMENT STANDARDS
